Chewy Caramel Protein Balls

1 cup almond meal 

2 tbsp coconut flour 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

1 heaped tbsp tahini 

1/4 cup desiccated coconut 

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

pinch of salt 

a drop or two of water to help bind together 

Combine all ingredients in your blender and blitz until combined. Roll into balls, make whatever size you wish (I used about a tablespoon worth of mixture for my balls.
