Bounty Bliss Balls

1 cup almond meal 

1 tbsp coconut flour 

1 tbsp cacoa powder 

8 dates  

1 heaped tbsp cashew butter 

1/4 cup desiccated coconut + extra to roll balls in 

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Combine all ingredients in your blender and blitz until combined. Roll into balls, make whatever size you wish (I used about a tablespoon worth of mixture for my balls. Roll balls in coconut then pop in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
